Spotlight has launched a new class, PiYo (Sat 10:00am). The class combines Pilates, Yoga and Dance for core strength, flexibility and overall balance. Mark this class on your calendar and prepare to get fit and have fun.

Argentine Tango - ALL Levels: Wed, 7:15p w/ Emily
Int'l Standard VW 2 & Tango 3: Thu, 8:00p w/ Christina
Beginning Social Dance Series: Sun, 12:30p w/ Christina
Level 1-2 Beg. Lindy Hop: Sun, 1:30p w/ Christina
Competition Rounds:

Smooth/Standard - Sun, 5:30p
All 5 dances will be run to simulate competition to build endurance, comfort, and floorcraft skills. Critiques and advice will be offered by the supervising instructor. No partner necessary.
