On Jan 7, Spotlight is launching a new class, PiYo (Wed 5:45p and Sat 10:00am). The class combines Pilates, Yoga and Dance for core strength, flexibility and overall balance. Mark this class on your calendar and prepare to get fit and have fun.

NEW CLASSES!!!
INVITATIONAL CLASS: BOLERO w/ Gwen, Tue from 8:00-8:45 pm
PiYo Fitness: Wed at 5:45 pm and Sat at 10 am with Denise
Beginning & Beyond: Cha Cha w/ Ikhlas, Thurs from 8:00-8:45 pm
Competition Rounds: Tue Rhythm/Latin @ 8:45-9:30p & Smooth/Standard Sun @ 5:30-6:15p
All 5 dances will be run to simulate competition to build endurance, comfort, and floorcraft skills. Critiques and advice will be offered by the supervising instructor. No partner necessary.
